Shipping & Returns

We want you to love your Rivayat purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Items on sale or purchased during promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Process for Returns:

    1. Email us at returns@rivayat.shop with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
    2. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return address.
    3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued in the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs for Returns:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

  • Damaged/Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share pictures of the item for quicker resolution.
